We’re flexible! Our format works with country service, full
service, buffet or even cocktails & hors d'oeuvres. A program that begins
with cocktails at 6:30 will usually wrap up at about 10 p.m. - depending upon
the size of the audience, the meal and the amount of participation. So you can
see, whether it’s a company Christmas party or a family celebration, our
mystery dinner theatre can be a full, fun evening!
Unlike traditional
theatre, the actors are right there amongst the audience - giving you the
opportunity to participate, or not! The mystery begins during cocktails, when
some of the characters begin to mingle with the guests as they arrive. The
story unfolds throughout dinner; Act I is followed by salad, Act II, dinner,
and so-on. This way, guests are able to socialize, or network, while enjoying
their meal, then be entertained without having to worry about their food
getting cold! Fundraising organizers find this also allows opportunities to
conduct raffles, 50/50 draws or silent auctions, for example.
Note for
Private and Corporate Events: We provide the entertainment, you provide the
dinner. We'll work with your caterer so that the timing of the event runs
smoothly. If it's a new location for us, we'll check out the venue, test the
acoustics and go over the floor plan to help ensure a successful evening.
