I attended the supper last night at Trackless Vehicles xmas party in Courtland. You guys and gals were absolutely great. Best show I have seen in years. Entertaining and very professional. Job well done. Merlin
I have had nothing but excellent feedback from everyone. The employees were excited to be involved (some maybe a little too excited!) The actors were great, and were good at picking people out. It is definitely something that we would love to do again. Thanks for all your assistance with the planning, and providing us with great entertainment!
Dead Air last year, Jerry Swinger this year. You should give notice of how much fun folks can expect. Warning: You could die laughing. Awesome show! Looking forward to seeing another!
Mike, Carol & Team of Actors, Thanks you so much for the wonderful entertainment you provided for our Teeswater crowd. Everyone had great comments and the committee members thought it was an excellent evening. It certainly was a pleasure working with you to organize it. Our profit means that the main renovations are completed in the hall, with the lift and the washrooms. We were all pleased with this!
I just wanted to congratulate you guys on a job well done at the Belmont community center on Saturday, March 12th; we had a blast! Thanks again for an evening full of laughter and fun!
The Bluewater Summer Playhouse production of the interactive murder mystery whodunit, "The Valentine's Day Masseur," is hilarious. The show is an energetic, fast-paced comedic thriller centred on Alberto Valentine's Feel Good Centres and the making of his first television infomercial. Similar to the previous show, "Big Al's Boitday," it involves plenty of audience participation. Once again, this great cast is called upon to follow the storyline but improvise throughout the play. Of course, Alberta Valentine, played perfectly by Michael Wilmot, is the star of the show, taking the audience on a sensuous journey through all of his Feel Good products and his program for love, health and happiness. "If you don't feel good, Alberto doesn't feel good," he intones. Joining him are an equally-talented cast, Carol Riddell as Susan the producer, Jennifer Walton as Sharon "Stoned", Kevin Burnett as Cad, and Dave Barclay as Richard the fifth assistant director.
If you enjoy murder mysteries and solving puzzles, you'll want to get a ticket to the Bluewater Summer Playhouse production of "Big Al's Boitday." There are a plethora of groaning puns, and excellent references to things Canadian and things Kincardine, including a report of the incident in the "Kincardine Times." Clues abound and, at the end, each member of the audience receives a card to fill out who he/she believes is the murderer. The cast is remarkable, sticking to the script at one moment and then improvising beautifully the next. Including the audience as much as possible is a definite skill and these actors prove they are up to the challenge. Michael Millar is tremendous as the detective, moving through the crowd and dropping hilarious lines along the way. He has an incredible ability to read the audience and works it to the show's best advantage. Joining him in the cast are Carol Riddell as Edy and co-director and -producer of the show with Millar; Kevin Burnett as the musical and whimsical Geraldo; Aaron Fallowfield as the methodical, financial guru Jake; John Bond as the "fixer" Harry; and Julian Nicholson as the boss Big Al.
We saw The Jerry Swinger Mystery! It was very entertaining. We haven't laughed like that in a while and it certainly was well worth seeing. A great time was had by all.
We had a blast at The Jerry Swinger Mystery tonight. The actors were fabulous, very funny. We haven't laughed like that in a long time, it was great. We will definitely be recommending this to everyone we know. Keep up the great work.
I would like to thank you for adding to the success of the 4th Annual MISA IT Security Conference. A major benefit of this type of conference is the networking opportunity and the Monday banquet is meant to provide this opportunity. The interactive nature of your show was incredibly valuable in increasing the comfort level among what may have been a table of strangers. I know that your show was used as a conversation starter the following day which also opened the lines of communication among the attendees. Aside from your show providing an incredibly good time and a great deal of laughter, it also provided the additional benefit I was looking for which was breaking down the walls and making people feel comfortable with each other. I would highly recommend your troupe to anyone preparing for a conference. Again, thank you very much for adding to the success of our conference.
Mike & Company: Your Show was exceptional!! Thank you for an Awesome and Entertaining Performance!! Our office had no idea what to expect and you and your troupe had all of us laughing hysterically!! We unanimously enjoyed the show and I have had many requests from our employees to have you and your troupe entertain us at our next Christmas Party!! Everyone is talking about the show days and weeks after and are still smiling and grinning from the performance! I would recommend you to anyone who is looking for exceptional entertainment and a great time for everyone! It's definitely a great ice-breaker and a conversation starter! It made our party a hit!!! Thank you, thank you, and thank you!! Bravo to you and your Troupe!! We most definitely will be in touch for a future event!!
Last night was a blast and everyone enjoyed the night. I always think each show is the best, but this year I do believe it was the best ever. More laughs and great timing from all the actors. Kara with that voice was just too funny, Franz was great, your new girl playing Kathi Lee was excellent, Kevin stole the show I think with the Newfie act. What can I say about Detective Carumba. When I saw you come out last night, I was not sure if you weren't a mad scientist with the hair and you could tell by the applause that everyone was glad you came back out. Just too too funny.
...all of you did a fantastic job for the 80th Birthday we had for our parents...they and everyone else enjoyed it very much...thanks again for doing the show for us...I would recommend you to everyone I know...
Mike, I just wanted to drop a line and say thank you again for the amazing performance on Saturday night. Everyone is raving about the show, and we are still calling each other "foinature salesmen". No one can remember having that much fun at a company event in the past. Great Job to you and your gang!!
I just wanted to thank you for a very fun evening. Some of comments I heard were "I haven't laughed so hard in a long, long time." "My face was sore from laughing and smiling so much." "WAY too much fun!" to name a few... Thanks again, it was A LOT of fun. Ray & I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly and celebrated a wonderful 25th anniversary!
It was another successful night and a well done production on Saturday night. ... the audience enthusiasm and enjoyment was off the chart!!
Thanks so much for Sat. evening -- everyone enjoyed your performance -- very entertaining --- thanks for making our evening such a success
...My compliments to you. I would strongly recommend you to anyone interested in providing a unique and entertaining dinner for friends or business associates.
The humor in the skits appealed to all age groups which made the evening enjoyable for everyone who attended. "It's a Mystery To Me" was a welcome addition to our Christmas party this year and we feel your group could brighten any type of function.
The extra effort you made to customize your performance for our special occasion was, indeed, appreciated.
I'm still grinning from ear to ear. In my 30+ year career in the business, I can honestly say that I have never been so royally entertained or laughed so hard and so long.
